FORMAL BID FOR CUSTODIAL CLEANING ITEMS AND PAPER PRODUCTS
San Mateo Union High School District is currently seeking formal bids for custodial cleaning items and paper products.
Submittals must be received by 4:00 p.m. 6/15/2011.
Vendor must meet the following criteria:
- Provide 24-hour, 7 days per week online/on call customer service/support.
- Provide 24-hour emergency supply deliveries to all sites. No extra charge for ER deliveries.
- Must have a full range of maintenance/operations and facility supplies, such as: Liners, Chemicals, Paper Products, Equipment, Containers, Mops, Dust Mops, Handles, etc...
- Provide trainings at no cost for staff on proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Provide warranty replacement and ensure parts are available for equipment sold to the district for custodial use.
- Provide in-house equipment or parts repair.
- No minimum orders required
- No freight charges
- No fuel surcharges
- Same day or next day delivery
- Great customer service skills for a fast paced operation.
- Paper products that will meet the district’s dispensers without need of modifications or change outs.
