Thank you for your interest in using our OnLine Registration system. This system was available from December 3rd through January 11th and is now closed for this school year. If you completed your students registration online and chose to submit your Proof of Residency documentation in person at the District Offices of Attendance and Welfare please be sure to do so. If you chose to submit your Proof of Residency documents via FAX your documents are on hand and you will either receive a Permit to Register via US Mail or be contacted via email with a request for additional information.

If you have not yet registered your student, please attend one of the three remaining Enrollment Centers as listed below.

Burlingame H. S. Gym - 1 Mangini Way, Burlingame / Gym	January 26, 2008	Saturday - 9AM to 3 PM
San Mateo H. S. - 506 N. Delaware St., San Mateo / Gym	February 9, 2008	Saturday - 9AM to 3 PM
Capuchino H. S. - 1501 Magnolia Drive, San Bruno / Gym	February 23, 2008	Saturday - 9AM to 3 PM

Please note: Except for those delivering documents to complete OnLine Registration, NO PROOF OF RESIDENCY PROCEDURES WILL BE HANDLED AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE UNTIL AFTER MARCH 7, 2008. After that date enrollment will be conducted at the Attendance and Welfare office at 640 N. Delaware Street in San Mateo on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM and  on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM through April 25th, 2008
