Capuchino Staff Wins Bike to Work Day SMUHSD Challenge

The Capuchino High School staff stepped up and took on the Wellness Program's challenge to have the most staff members in the district participate in the Bay Area Bike to Work Day. Nine faculty and staff, including Maria Matilla, Mauricio Rodriguez, Erik Olsen, Jewel Walli, Sara Devine, Mario Ellis, Kirk Sandivick, Kristen Tucker, and Vicki Mahoney, rode their bikes to work from all over the Bay Area. Participants earned prizes including bike accessories, along with healthy snacks and coffee provided by our on-site wellness facilitator. Thanks to our Bike to Work participants, we won the Wellness Program Challenge and enjoyed a Chipotle luncheon for the entire Capuchino staff thanks to the SMUHSD Wellness Program.
