BHS Teachers Volunteer at Earth Day

Ms. Johnson with Daughter at Earth DayEvery day and especially on Earth Day, Environmental Science teachers, Ms. Johnson and Ms. Kirkpatrick help to make our community a better place. This year, Ms. Johnson and her daughter joined others at Coyote Point Park at the Earth Day Beach and Park Cleanup.  As Ms. Johnson shares, "Part of being a good citizen is teaching kids to do their part through being an environmental steward. It feels good to do my part in being a role model by cleaning up trash to better our shared resources."

Thank you Ms. Johnson!
