Hillsdale Drama Presents Les Miserables Starting Nov. 9th

HHS  Promo Poster Les MisHillsdale Drama is proud to announce our 2017 Fall Musical, Les Misérables. One of the greatest musicals of all time, Les Mis is based on Victor Hugo’s landmark novel about social change and political revolution in 19th century France, and Boublil and Schonber’s musical adaptation is a powerful examination of justice, change and redemption. Les Misérables has indisputably become the world's most popular musical, having been seen by over 50 million people worldwide, in 38 countries and translated into 21 languages. From its celebrated opening in London in October 1985, this adaptation immediately captured the imagination and enthusiasm of the theatre-going public. Les Misérables is directed by Allison Gamlen with musical direction by Matt Mattei, lighting and scenic design by Tom Stucke, and costume design by Audra Batter. Performances will be in Hillsdale’s Auditorium November 9-12. Length of show: approx. 2 hours.
