Measure M Program Stabilization Agreement

 

At its regular meeting on February 26, 2009, the Board of Trustees approved a Program Stabilization Agreement (PSA) for certain Measure M projects. To view the PSA, click here.

 

At its regular meeting on January 21, 2010, the Board of Trustees approved Program Stabilization Agreement (PSA) Amendment Numbers 1-A and 1-B. These Amendments add the Measure M Solar Photovoltaic Projects to the PSA. To view Amendments 1-A and 1-B, click here.

 

At its regular meeting on January 6, 2011, the Board of Trustees approved an additional Addendum to the Program Stabilization Agreement, adding twelve more projects. To view this addendum, click here .
