I have two children, a 16 year old daughter and a 12 year old son. They rarely see me without a camera hanging off my shoulder as I love to take photos. My husband is a history teacher at Summit Prep. He got me into cycling and in my younger days we toured British Columbia, the Southwest, and from Boston to Rangeley, Maine. I also love to garden and hang out at the beach. I've written four children's books and want to take the time to try and get them published. I used to coach swimming at Hillsdale for twenty years. I was an avid swimmer myself and as an adult joined the Dolphin Swimming and Rowing Club in SF where I have swam the length of the Golden Gate Bridge six times and competed in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon three times. I've swam in races all around the Bay from Pier 39 back to Aquatic Park and the GG bridge back to Aquatic Park. I've swam from Alcatraz back to Aquatic Park on six different occasions. I'd love to travel a lot more than I do but I have been to Amsterdam, Kenya, and Greece and lived two years of my childhood in the Philippines.
