First Ever San Mateo County Pride Prom 2023: Celebrate the 1st Annual Pride Prom, an inclusive, safe, welcoming, night to remember for 9th-12th grade students who attend high school in San Mateo County. Friday, April 14, 6:30 - 10 p.m. at the College of San Mateo
This FREE event will celebrate and uplift LGBTQ young people and advocate for the sustained and continued efforts in our County to build places where youth are seen and supported in environments free from hate and discrimination. This event is open to 9th-12th grade students who attend high school in San Mateo County.
We recognize that while high school district proms are inclusive and welcoming, not all students have an opportunity to celebrate themselves at their prom.

Pops Concert: Come support the Music Department for the Pops Concert this Thursday, March 23, 2023 @ 7pm. Featuring: Winter Guard, Winter Percussion, Jazz Band, Chamber Singers, and more! Latino Senior Celebration: Capuchino High School celebrated our graduating Latino students at the Latino Senior Celebration. This event recognizes the completion of high school and also honors the families of our Latino students by holding a bilingual ceremony and cultural celebration. We invite all students to participate in this special event if they wish. The Latino Senior Celebration will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the Capuchino Main Theater. As part of the ceremony, students will wear a cultural sash. Sashes will be presented at the ceremony. To order the sash please send $30.00 dollars CASH no later than March 22nd. Girls Flag Football: Lady Mustangs, we are possibly starting a Girls Flag Football Team this fall. We want to get a census of interested participants. OYE Latinx Youth Conference: Come celebrate 11 years of bringing together hundreds of local teens and young adults ages 12 to 22! March 25, 2023 9am-3pm at Canada College in Redwood City is an opportunity for youth and their parents to explore questions of identity and purpose, and build community through a fun and interactive day that includes hands-on workshops, inspirational speakers, artistic expression, community resource sharing, entertainment, networking and free breakfast and lunch.

Spanish Club / Club de Español: Are you looking to meet other Spanish speakers and learners? Do you hope to travel to a Spanish speaking country one day? Are you interested in learning about the music, art, culture, and food in Spanish speaking countries? Come join the Spanish Club. Ever wonder how sewing promotes mental health and environment-friendly habits? Then, do I have the club for you! The Sewing Club meets on Fridays in the Little Theater (Ms. Lemire) during Flex.
