If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, have tested positive for COVID or were exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID stay home!

Staff: Contact your supervisor to alert them to your absence. Enter your absence into Aesop. Send email to studenthealthservices@smuhsd.org and provide:

1. Date Symptoms started
2. Date you tested (swab date, not results date)
3. Last day on campus 
4. Anyone in your household attend or work at any of our sites please list names and locations

Students: Email your school’s Health Aide and provide:
