  • Are you applying to private schools and need a letter of recommendation (LOR) from a counselor? In state and out of state PUBLIC schools DO NOT request a LOR for college admissions. 

    Please print the document above (or see Mrs. Tezak for a printed copy in the Counseling Office) and follow the directions. 

    Once you have completed Part 1 and Part 2, bring your LOR package to Mrs. Tezak to finish the process.  

    Lastly, please remember to write a thank you note to all your recommenders (teachers, counselor, coaches, supervisors).
