Eric Ding, Assistant Principal

Hello Mills Community! After graduating from Aragon in 2011, I am beyond excited to return to SMUHSD as an Assistant Principal at Mills High School. My name is Eric Ding (preferred name “Ding”), and I’m passionate about public service. I was a teacher and college/career specialist for seven years in Oakland and Oklahoma City, bringing in culturally relevant pedagogy to increase learning for all students. The opportunity to support the Mills students, teachers, and staff is a charge I take on with great care and pride. We are all leaders, and my work centers around empowering you to embody your own leadership. I look forward to meeting and building with all of you!
