Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO)

  • PTSO Website

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year!  The Hillsdale High School PTSO brings parents, teachers and students together to build a fun and supportive community at our school.  During these unconventional times, we know that the relationships among our amazing staff, parents and students are vital, and through clear communication we will continue to build strong relationships.

The PTSO looks forward to nurturing these relationships and focusing on keeping parents informed about all things Hillsdale.  Let’s fill the 2021-2022 school year with teamwork, collaboration and involvement!

    Who We Are:

The Hillsdale High School PTSO is a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, students and administrators who partner together to help foster a diverse educational environment, create a supportive atmosphere and build a strong sense of community throughout the school. Every parent, guardian and staff member of HHS is automatically a member of the HHS PTSO.

    What We Do:

The goal of the PTSO is to support the following school programs in order to promote student enrichment, engage in open parent/staff communication and provide parents an opportunity to be connected and involved in their child’s overall education:

Community Building Opportunities Supported by the PTSO:

    • Weekly email bulletin to all HHS parents
    • Parent education series and speakers (coffee chats, community meetings)
    • Student leadership and club support
    • School events (orientation, back-to-school night, etc.)
    • Educational programs (career day, junior interviews, etc.)
    • Programs for the HHS community (families in need, after school tutoring)
    • Teacher and staff appreciation activities
