Sheldon Luz, A.T.C., is a certified athletic trainer with the National Athletic Trainer Association since 2001. He earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science/Athletic Training from University of San Francisco. He has been working with the Viking student athletes for eight years. He also worked for physical therapy sports medicine clinics for over 10 years. He was the former head athletic trainer with the San Francisco Bay Seals professional soccer team and provided coverage for international matches. His major duties are to provide home and away game coverage for all sports, prevention, recognition, evaluation and management of athletic injuries for all Viking student athletes.
