    Afternoon At The Opera Fall 2018

    Join us as we journey through love and deceit from the time of the ancient Hebrews to the modern day in a series of tales as told by some of opera’s most romantic composers and sensational storytellers. The class will prepare you for six live-in-HD performances from the Metropolitan Opera in New York, as well as forays into other spellbinding operas, and conclude with a musical holiday celebration. Opera novices welcome!

    Come immerse yourself in spell binding stories with intriguing themes, daring schemes with  intriguing developments and, in some cases, absolutely hilarious outcomes as we study and enjoy 4 operas. Treat yourself to an afternoon at the opera this summer. Novices Welcome!

    Guest Passes will NOT be accepted for the Fall 2018 class.

Our band has over 60 fun-loving musicians who enjoy playing music of all styles and periods, performing, and appreciate being part of an ensemble. All instruments needed.
