    Emphasis is placed on weight training, individual fitness programs, and exploring what physical activities students would like to participate in after high school that would benefit their pursuit of personal fitness.  Time is spent learning how to apply the health/wellness topics to every day life.  Does not count for Physical Education graduation credit.
