Summer Construction Updates

The below 2026 summer construction projects might impact community members due to locked bathrooms and/or restricted/limited access to facilities normally open to the public:

Aragon High School

  • June 1 - July 10: No power
  • June 20 - Date TBD: Tennis courts will be resurfaced
  • Date TBD: The student parking lot will be repaved and restriped


Burlingame High School

  • May 28-August 7: Classroom Transformation Project - modernization of classrooms to include replacing student furniture, teacher furniture, technology, flooring, ceilings, LED lighting, walls, and the teaching wall.
  • June 1 - July 31: Tennis courts will be resurfaced
  • June 1 - August 7: Parking lot in front of the main building is under construction
  • June 1 - 5: The pool lighting will be retrofitted
  • Date TBD: Parking lot on the South side of campus will be repaved and restriped

Capuchino High School

  • May 28-August 7: Classroom Transformation Project - modernization of classrooms to include replacing student furniture, teacher furniture, technology, flooring, ceilings, LED lighting, walls, and the teaching wall.
  • Date TBD: The Admin and bus loop parking lots will be repaved and restriped

Hillsdale High School

  • June 1 - August 7: Installation of a new monument at the corner of Alameda and 31st Avenues
  • Dates TBD: Tennis courts will be resurfaced

Mills High School

  • June 8 - July 17: no power, portable restroom will be available for the public in multiple locations
