Employee Benefits

Here at the San Mateo Union High School District we believe that healthier employees make for better schools.

As a District, one of the most important things we can do is build a culture that prioritizes health and well-being.

We know that healthy employees are happier, more engaged in their work, and more attuned to students’ needs.

The San Mateo Union High School District is pleased to be able to offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
