Meal Applications
Please complete the Free and Reduced Price Meal application, to verify your eligibility status.
It is highly encouraged to complete an application as it provides additional benefits to you and the District, such as:
- Free SamTrans Youth Bus Pass (Normally costs $27 per month)
- $5 AP Testing (Normally costs $100)
- Athletic waivers
- Grants
- Program funding
- Discounts on bus passes, camps, cable TV, among others

Families can complete the Meal Application through EZMealApp or paper applications are available upon request by emailing studentnutrition@smuhsd.org. To expedite your application processing, please complete your application through EZMealApp.
