Welcome to the facilities department!

  • The Facilities Department schedules community rental and use of campus theaters, classrooms and athletic facilities when those facilities are not in use. The Facilities team manages the permit process and handles permit events, providing facilities usage for everything from community fundraisers to cultural events and youth sports organizations. It is our mission and responsibility to keep up with community demand and provide for the best experience possible. 

    Reserving Stadium Track Time - Community Members

    For community members interested in reserving time to use the stadium tracks at Aragon, Burlingame, Hillsdale or San Mateo, please visit our facilities use platform, Facilitron. On the site you will create a free account and submit a request for your desired dates and times. 

    Reserving Stadium Tracks and Tennis Courts - Students Only

    As of September 1, SMUHSD students are able to reserve District stadium tracks and tennis courts at Aragon, Burlingame, Hillsdale and San Mateo High Schools. 

    Monday - Friday from 3:30 - 8:30 p.m. is reserved for students only. Members of the public will not be able to reserve the above fields and courts during those days/times. 

    All students using the facilities need to wear a face covering prior to check in and will be health screened upon entry and required to present their student ID or class schedule to confirm their status as an SMUHSD student. 
     
    Individual registration links for the stadium tracks and tennis courts will be listed by school site and students can reserve time at any school site:
