I studied at UC Santa Cruz and have been working at Hillsdale since 2004. My classes focus on the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves--how literature reflects culture and vice versa. Since 2012 I have also worked intensely on helping Hillsdale develop its portfolio and senior defense.
