    AEROBICS: DANCE FITNESS

    If you enjoy uplifting music, rhythm and dance, this is the exercise class for you. We start with a gentle warm up and transition to moderately paced – low impact aerobic exercises that include a few fun, easy to follow dance steps! We then use hand weights (optional) to build strength. Class concludes with a few exercises to support better balance and gentle yoga movements. Bring hand weights, and mat. Resistance bands provided. Guest passes accepted.

    AEROBICS LIGHT: ENDURANCE, BALANCE, AGILITY

    These classes combine low-impact, easy-paced aerobic exercises and music to improve your cardiovascular system, stamina, balance and over all agility. The pace and movements are modified for adults 65 and older. Classes include strength training with weights or bands. All three classes conclude with exercises performed while seated. Bring hand weights. Resistance bands provided. Guest passes accepted.

    ZUMBA “GOLD”

    Join us every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning and get your day off to a great start. Zumba Gold is a cardio-based, low impact, Latin-inspired dance-fitness class. All classes conclude with strength training using either hand weights or resistance bands. Bring a mat for Central Park class location. Guest passes accepted.

    EAST/WEST EXERCISE: MOVEMENT - STRETCH - BALANCE 

    Class starts with a series of gentle Qi Gong inspired movements synchronized with slow intentional breathing to warm-up the body and gradually extend your range of motion. The gentle movement readies your body to do light aerobic exercise routines designed to promote better cardio vascular function, balance, agility and  get your endorphins activated! 30 minutes of active movement is followed by stretching and strength building exercises using hand weights and bands. Bring hand weights. Resistance bands provided. Guest passes accepted.
