Two Aragon Students Recognized at STEM Fair

Aragon High School students Kaelyn Luebke and Shirleen Fang were recently recognized by the San Mateo County Office of Education for their exemplary projects at the 2019 San Mateo County STEM Fair.

This year marks the 32nd year the County Office of Education has hosted the STEM Fair, which was developed to spark deeper interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math education and STEM careers and to publicly recognize the achievements of students in San Mateo County. It was the first year that the fair expanded into "The Next Big Think," including art exhibitions, live performances, makerspaces, a hackathon, and examples of innovative learning projects from schools across San Mateo County. The event drew more than 2,200 San Mateo County educators, students, and families to celebrate student achievement across disciplines.
