UC/CSU: No CSU/UC admission requirements met by this course Prerequisite: Students must have completed PE 1 and PE II Students will learn the proper techniques and strategies to lifting weights and personal fitness. This class provides students with a structured workout environment that will increase their strength, technique, discipline and work ethic. This is a chance for students to learn how to set and achieve personal workout and fitness goals. This is a great class that encourages lifelong fitness that can apply outside of school. |
