Information Letter and Applications

 

Three ways to purchase your non-refundable bus pass:

1. Visit ezschoolpay.com - online applications will open July 24, 2023. 
    
2. Visit the SMUHSD Transportation Department located at the corner of East Poplar Ave. and Humboldt Street (991 E. Poplar Ave.) to submit your bus application (below) in person. In-person bus pass applications will begin August 1, 2023. 
    
3. Mail in your application to the following address: Transportation Department, 650 North Delaware St. San Mateo, CA 94401.
